🗞️ The coming 4-day weekend break for Labour Day and Hari Raya (1st-4th May) has created a holiday trend. Most hotels, resorts and homestays on Pangkor Island are almost full with 90% to 95% of the rooms fully booked!
🗞️ Rockbund Fishing Chalet & Marina Island Pangkor Resort & Hotel in Marina Island have both received about 50% of the room reservations, most of which are family-style reservations of various ethnic groups, as quoted by the CEO of Marina Island Group, Ding Mei Looi.
🗞️ The large and comfortable resorts and rooms on Marina Island are believed to be the main reason for the majority of bookings made by local Muslim Tourists this Aidilfitri.
🗞️ The room reservations received starting mid-April are mostly for 3 days 2nights stay and Marina Island is expecting to be welcoming back foreign tourists after Hari Raya.
