JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible and delivering a company corporate tax submission and estimation in compliance laws and regulations within timeframe.
  • Assist Manager on review, manage, analyse company account transactions in estimating the forecast cashflow for statutory income.
  • Build relationships and interact with internal and external parties to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by supporting managers through variety of tasks related to organization and communication including confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Assist Manager and/or leading to do project scoping, creating content, writing proposal/write up in generating insights and preparing outputs which enable informed decision.
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
  • Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
  • To assist in daily company banking administration duty ie, updating inflow and outflow of bank transaction and monitor on daily balances.
  • Liaise with respective bank personnel for company banking matters.
  • Liaise with bank terminal assets PIC on usage SOP, assets maintenance and/or services.
  • Making sure moratorium payments are made timely on a monthly basis and to check with PIC for payment amount if needed.
  • Admin role with computer literacy.

Skill Required

  • Good communication skills where need to bearing a positive manner everywhere anywhere that highly values in today’s workplace. Also able to answer emails, telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries in a polite manner and efficient manner. Ability to give feedback in a tone of constructive and non-accusatory to internal and external and always implement positive work culture
  • Basic knowledge on evaluating income statement and cashflow
  • Basic analytic skills, able to generate report through MS Excel
  • Administrative skills include keeping proper record and filing, arranging for signatory and schedule meetings.
  • Technology skills include familiar with Microsoft office programs such as like Words, Excel, Power Point, Graphic, PDF and also technically sound in current social media application and added advantage
  • Time Management, Problem Solving, Planning are an added advantage.

Qualifications:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, CAT, LCCI, ACCA
  • Has experienced in preparing Transfer Pricing documents and report matters are an added advantage
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

3. Corporate Credit Assessment & Banking Operation (Executive/Senior Exec)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible to conduct credit assessments of business and individual. Act as a liaison between potential clients (credit worthiness) and our credit facility by conducting clients’ evaluations, researching credit records and preparing loan package documentation.
  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan/financing package
  • Assist Manager and company in developing credit facility manual documentation, SOP and guideline according to Laws of Malaysia and Money Lenders Act 1951
  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
  • Research applicant credit status and current financial position.
  • Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.
  • Create repayment plans.
  • Complete loan contracts and ensure clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements.
  • Work with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans.
  • Submit files to the designated Underwriter.
  • Conduct interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or borrowers.
  • Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
  • Follow-up with clients to verify important information.

  • Technology skills include familiar with Microsoft office programs such as like Words, Excel, Power Point, Graphic, PDF and also technically sound in current social media application and added advantage
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Loan Processor or Credit Evaluating Officer or similar role.
  • Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
  • Time Management, Problem Solving, Planning are an added advantage.

Qualifications:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking and related field
  • Has experienced in closing procedure, loan processes and documentation are an added advantage
  • Good understanding of banking software and MS Office are an added advantage
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Liaise and coordinating with related parties ie.   • Assist Manager on review, manage, analyses existing business strategies as to ensure alignment with the business’s overall strategy.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by supporting managers through variety of tasks related to organization and communication including confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Collaborating with other business leader/team of company in gaining input into the firm’s strategic direction helping coordinate their effort in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan.
  • Gather and organize facts and data from a variety of information sources, including internal stakeholders and external experts, clients and partners
  • Assist Manager and/or leading to do project scoping, creating content, writing proposal/write up in generating insights and preparing outputs which enable informed decision.
  • Maintaining proper records of company internal business information related to company secretary business matters including registration and incorporation of companies, Annual Return submission, checking documentation including checks, liaising with regulatory authorities, filing and maintaining proper records.
