Manjung-first Straw Rolls Park in Marina Island (China Press Perak)
News Highlights:
🌀 Today’s paddy farmers in Malaysia have taken steps to dispose of harvest leftovers into volumes of straw rolls in response to environmental protection.
🌀 Straw rolls have become an alternative attraction on-farm during harvesting seasons and dry seasons in most rural areas,
🌀 For the first time in Manjung, Marina Island is currently holding the “Kedah Straw Rolls Park/Pesta Jerami Gulung Kedah” at its most scenic location on Marina Island Jetty.
🌀 China Press invites the presence of visitors to explore the park which features more than 20 rolls of straw bales to create quirky outdoor displays of straw towers and arches.
🌀 In addition to taking a scenic view of straw rolls at the seafront, China Press also encourages the public to explore all other OOTD spots with checkpoints from InstaLoka.
