BOOKING POLICY

• The booking is applicable for a stay of one night
• Breakfast included, based on room occupancy
• One complimentary kayak/paddle boat for each reservation made
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Not Applicable on Malaysian public holidays and on eves of public holidays

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable charges and government taxes
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
• Check-in is after 1500 hrs and check-out is by 1200 noon.
• Reservations will be held until 1800 hrs unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• RM50.00 nett surcharge applies during Weekends and Public Holidays.
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend or change the agreements offered at any time without notice.
