2: Bicycle Arrangement: All bicycles provided by the organizer will be directly assigned to participants by the organizer. All participants must comply with the organizer’s arrangements and be prepared to share the same bicycle with other strangers. Any objections or disputes are strictly prohibited. In case of any unpleasant incidents, the organizer will directly involve law enforcement authorities.
