BOOKING POLICY

• Voucher is applicable for a one night stay at a Double Room (2 pax) or Quad Room (4 pax)
• Minimum 2 pax per room
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Not Applicable on Malaysian public holidays and eves of public holidays

• Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable charge and government tax
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts
• Extra bed requires a charge of RM110.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one (1) person buffet breakfast.
• Check-in time is after 1500 hrs and check-out time is by 1200 noon
• Reservations are held until 1800 hrs unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit payment
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation made 3 days prior to the arrival are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
