Dato' Abdul Samat bin Sabri holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) from University Malaya. He has more than 30 years of experience. During his tenure with the Malaysian Government, he served as Pegawai Daerah Hilir Perak , Timbalan Pengarah Pejabat Tanah dan Galian and subsequently as Pengarah Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Perak.

Dato' Ding Poi Chung, DPMP, PMP, AMP, PJK, aged 53, is the Chairman of Ding Kong Ling & Sons Sdn Bhd and group of companies. He is also a founding member of DKLS Industries Berhad and was formerly an Executive Director almost a decade from 1996 to May 2005. He also held directorship in the subsidiaries of DKLS Industries Berhad such as DKLS Quarry & Premix Sdn Bhd, DKLS Development Sdn Bhd and Marina Sanctuary Resort Sdn Bhd.

A renowned and respected figure in the construction and property development industry, Dato' Ding has more than 30 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in civil and structural engineering projects, buildings, road works, land reclamation, marine structures, as well as land and marine piling works.

Dato’ Ali Bagas bin Abdullah
DPMP, KMN, AMP, PPT, PJK

Ali Bagas bin Abdullah, a well known and well respected businessman in Manjung District with over 30 years of experience in development, management and construction. His experiences had resulted in the success of the Manjung First Reclaimed Land Housing Development Scheme, "Venice of Perak". Ali Bagas is also the chairman for the renowned Lumut-Pangkor ferry operator, Pan Silver Sdn. Bhd.

Teong Teck Lean

Teong Teck Lean, 45, was appointed as a non-Executive Director of Marina Santuary Resorts Sdn Bhd on 5 January 2006. He is the Executive Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GD Express Carrier Berhad.

Mr Teong graduated from the University of Manitoba , Canada with an Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree. He served as a Consumer Engineer with Lembaga Letrik Negara for four years before he became a dealer with OSK Securities Berhad in 1990. During his office in the broking industry, he has developed vast experience of running a company and has extensive contacts within the corporate world in Malaysia.

In year 2000, he turned around GD Express Sdn. Bhd. into a successful group within 5 years after his acquisition of a controlling stake in the company. He has played a key role in GD Express Sdn. Bhd.
